You may exchange your wig/hair only if it has not been bleached, wet, curled, straightened, or worn. It must still have the lace on.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the item that you are exchanging. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned/changed item.


Shipping normally take 2-3 business days. However, there can be a delay due to Covid-19. If you would like your order to be shipped overnight, it will be an additional charge. We use USPS to ship all orders. Your shipping and mailing address MUST match. You will also be required to sign for your package in order to receive it.
